Hi Everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share this great online community with all of you. Some of the best ways to deal with Mental Illness is to know your not alone and talk about it with someone who truly understands. Talking will also keep you from feeling ashamed. Do not not allow society, in this day and age, to keep you isolated by the Stigma. And once you open up and share, you never know how your story may just help and inspire someone else out there who needs it!
